Damara Luxury Living - Limited Warranty Information
Thank you for choosing Damara Luxury Living for your exquisite furniture needs. We are proud to stand behind the craftsmanship of our products, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions of our One Year Limited Warranty.
- Warranty Coverage:
Damara Luxury Living warrants to the Client that our furniture is free from material defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery, provided the goods are properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting.
- Defects Covered:
"Defects" are defined as imperfections in material or the wooden frame that impair the use of the goods. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Exclusions:
This product warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by improper storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
- Defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear due to age, including fabric or upholstery wearing, staining, or loosening.
- Labor or assembly costs.
- Variations of color or texture in goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, or wood.
- Commercial use of any goods (e.g., use in a commercial establishment).
- Reporting Defects:
If the Client discovers a material defect in material or workmanship in any goods, part, or component, it must be reported during the relevant warranty period to Damara Luxury Living Customer Service at care@damaraluxuryliving.com within 2 (TWO) days of delivery.
- Repair or Replacement:
Damara Luxury Living will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. However, replacement or repair does not extend the warranty period beyond the original expiration date.
- Limitations:
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable. It applies to residential (non-commercial) use only. Misuse, improper handling, reupholstering, or repairs by unauthorized parties void the warranty.
- Warranty Claims:
For warranty issues, Damara Luxury Living will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement for any product defects. Replacement furniture will be of equal value to the original purchase price. No cash refund is available, and Damara Luxury Living shall not be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or for incidental or consequential damages.
- Visible Defects and Variances:
Visible defects and variances in order details must be reported within 7 (SEVEN) days of delivery. Issues not presented within this period will be considered "acceptable" and will not be warranted.
