Please be advised that due to the personalized nature of these orders, they cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
Repair/ Replacement policy
With customer satisfaction being at the heart of our mission, we take pride in the exceptional quality and attention to detail in design, material and construction.
Before shipping, every product undergoes a rigorous quality check. Upon delivery, your inspection and signature are necessary. If any defects are found, please contact us immediately at care@damara.com. Please record the unboxing to document any potential damage during transit.
Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer's responsibility. We strongly encourage you to study the sizes provided on the product page to ensure that the ordered furniture fits seamlessly into your entryway and rooms.
Custom Orders
Production begins immediately as per your specifications upon order. Please be advised that due to the personalized nature of these orders, they cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time unless the item is damaged or defective.
Clearance Sale
Clearance items are deemed as final sale, and as such, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is any defect.
NOTE
While we strive for accuracy, errors in prices, descriptions, or images of specific merchandise may occur. We reserve the right to limit orders of such items. In the event of a replacement, the original item will be replaced with the initially ordered product and cannot be changed against variations in the current order in terms of Upholstery, Wood Finish, or any customization, a new order, or a different product.
